Situations Where Goods Are Not Received

1. Package Interception During Transportation

If a package is requested to be intercepted while in transit, the customer must bear:

  • Interception costs

  • Round-trip shipping fees
    (Return and re-dispatch shipping fees are the same)

2. Unjustified Rejection of Packages

If a package is refused without valid reason:

  • The customer must bear round-trip shipping costs, or return the package independently

  • Cash on delivery is not accepted

  • Refunds will only be issued after warehouse inspection confirms accuracy

  • No refund will be given if the product affects secondary resale

3. Lost Packages

A lost package is defined as:

  • Tracking information not updated for a long period

  • Abnormal tracking status

Required documents:

  • Full English order screenshot from the platform (partial screenshots are invalid)

  • Screenshot must clearly show:

    • Customer delivery address

    • Tracking number

    • Order value

After a successful claim:

  • Full refund or replacement will be provided

⚠️ Packages without proper proof or cooperation cannot be processed

4. Address Change During Transit

If the delivery address needs to be changed while the package is in transit:

  • The customer must bear the address-change operation fee

  • Successful change is not guaranteed

  • Operation fees are still charged even if the change fails

5. Signed but Not Received

If a customer reports that the package has been signed for but not received:

  • No claim will be accepted if the signature service was not purchased

  • Only POD (Proof of Delivery) signature proof can be provided

  • If inspection is requested, the customer must provide evidence of non-receipt, such as:

    • Door surveillance footage

    • Other valid proof

After Receiving the Goods

1. Damaged Packaging or Product

  • If the packaging or product is damaged, please reject the package immediately

  • If already signed for:

    • Provide photos of the outer box, shipping label, and damaged product promptly

    • Compensation will be based on the degree of damage

    • If the product is unusable, a free replacement or full refund will be provided

⚠️ If a product is returned without prior feedback and later found unusable during warehouse inspection, no refund will be issued, and return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

2. Material Disclaimer

  • All dolls in overseas warehouses are made of TPE material

  • Facial makeup is applied and wipeable

  • Makeup fading during customer use is not considered a quality issue

3. Skeleton Usage Disclaimer

  • Overseas warehouse dolls use standard skeletons

  • Skeletons must not be forcibly bent

  • Maximum posture is limited to normal human movement

  • Please refer to the product manual for proper usage

4. Quality Issue Reporting Time

Product quality issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt
Reports made after this period will not be processed

5. No-Reason Returns Not Accepted

Due to the nature of private health products:

  • No no-reason returns or exchanges

  • Only replacement or compensation will be provided for confirmed quality issues

⚠️ Please emphasize this policy clearly in your product descriptions

6. Unauthorized Returns

If a package is returned without prior authorization:

  • The warehouse may be unable to locate the item

  • If found and the product affects secondary resale, no compensation will be provided

Reserved Goods in Overseas Warehouses

Reservation Policy

  • 50% deposit is required for reservation

Reservation Quantity & Storage Terms

Reserved Quantity: 5–10 Units

  • Free storage period: 7 working days

  • Storage fees apply after 7 days (standard terminal warehouse rate)

  • If reservation is cancelled:

    • 1% reservation fee (of deposit) + storage fees will be deducted

Reserved Quantity: 10–20 Units

  • Free storage period: 15 working days

  • Storage fees apply after 15 days

  • If reservation is cancelled:

    • 1% reservation fee (of deposit) + storage fees will be deducted

Reservation Limit

  • Maximum reservation limit: 20 units

  • Special circumstances require application and approval
