📦 Non-Receipt of Goods Policy

1. Intercepting Packages in Transit

If a package is requested to be intercepted during transportation, the customer must bear:

  • The interception fee

  • Round-trip shipping costs
    (Return shipping and re-dispatch shipping are charged at the same rate)

2. Unjustified Refusal of Delivery

If a package is refused without valid reason:

  • The customer must bear round-trip shipping costs, or arrange the return independently

  • Cash on delivery is not accepted

  • Refunds will be processed only after warehouse inspection confirms accuracy

  • No refund will be issued if the product affects secondary resale

3. Lost Packages

A lost package is defined as:

  • Tracking information not updated for an extended period

  • Abnormal tracking status

Required documentation:

  • A full English order screenshot from the platform (partial screenshots are invalid)

  • Must clearly show:

    • Customer delivery address

    • Tracking number

    • Order value

After a claim is approved, we can offer:

  • Full refund, or

  • Free replacement

⚠️ Packages without proper proof or non-cooperation will not be processed

4. Address Change During Transit

If the delivery address needs to be changed while in transit:

  • The customer must pay an address change operation fee

  • Success is not guaranteed

  • If unsuccessful, the operation fee will still be charged

5. Signed but Not Received

If a customer reports the package as signed but not received:

  • No compensation will be provided unless the signature service was purchased

  • Only POD (Proof of Delivery) signature evidence can be supplied

  • If an investigation is requested, the customer must provide proof such as:

    • Door surveillance footage

    • Other valid non-receipt evidence

⚠️ Investigations are not guaranteed to succeed

📦 After Receiving the Goods

1. Damaged Packaging or Product

  • If the package or product is damaged, please reject it immediately

  • If already signed:

    • Provide photos of:

      • Outer box

      • Shipping label

      • Damaged product

    • Compensation will be based on the severity of damage

    • If unusable, free replacement or full refund will be offered

⚠️ If a product is returned without prior feedback and later found unusable during warehouse inspection, no refund will be provided, and return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

2. Material Disclaimer

  • All dolls in overseas warehouses are made of TPE material

  • Facial makeup is applied and wipeable

  • Makeup fading during use is not considered a quality issue

3. Skeleton Usage Disclaimer

  • Overseas warehouse dolls use standard skeletons

  • Skeletons must not be forcibly bent

  • The maximum posture is limited to what a normal human body can achieve

  • Please refer to the user manual for guidance

4. Quality Issue Reporting Period

All product quality issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt
Late reports will not be processed

5. No-Reason Returns Not Accepted

Due to the nature of private health products:

  • No no-reason returns or exchanges

  • Only replacement or compensation for confirmed quality issues

⚠️ This policy must be clearly communicated to customers

6. Unauthorized Returns

If a customer returns a package without authorization:

  • The warehouse may be unable to locate the item

  • If found and the product affects secondary resale, no compensation will be given

🏬 Reserved Goods in Overseas Warehouses

Reservation Requirements

  • 50% deposit required for reservation

Reservation Value & Storage Policy

Reserved Amount: 5 – 10 Units

  • Free storage: 7 working days

  • Storage fees apply after 7 days (standard terminal warehouse rate)

  • If reservation is cancelled:

    • 1% reservation fee (of deposit) + storage fees will be deducted

Reserved Amount: 10 – 20 Units

  • Free storage: 15 working days

  • Storage fees apply after 15 days

  • If reservation is cancelled:

    • 1% reservation fee (of deposit) + storage fees will be deducted

Reservation Limit

  • Maximum reservation limit: 20 units

  • Special circumstances require application and approval
